The Limerick Local Employment Service aims to link Employers with potential employees and provide supports to both parties through the recruitment process. The Mediation and Guidance process prepares job seekers for employment, ensuring they have the necessary skills and attributes when applying for positions. Job Ready clients will have an updated CV, and have undertaken appropriate training and or work experience where possible.
The Employer Liaison Officer will work with the Employer to identify employer needs, conditions of employment and other relevant information. The Employer Liason Officer (ELO) can assist the employer with information on employment incentives; in the case of small businesses we can provide additional recruitment support such as interview facilities.
